I don't know if any of you ever did RPG's on JK2 I know I did a few at The Mos Eisley Cantina map some along time ago but I haven't seen anymore RPG servers do any of you know any sites or servers where I could find some info on this?

Ham - What exactly do you mean by an RPG server?

Well It's hard to explain. There are some maps like Mos Eisley cantina which had an Imperial outpost with little cells that could only be opened from the outside, and droid shops or the cantina. you rename youself to a character you would like to play as for instince you could change you name to TK-345 and be a stormtrooper and partol the map for rebels or something and put them in the cells. or a jedi or sith. you can be a bartender and on the commenor map you could be the hotel manager. its not really an RPG (role playing game) but you sort of have to go along with it and I found it to be qiute fun with certain RPG oriented mods. Hope this helps you get the bigger picture.

Example of an RPG situation.

(hamstar)-->Bartendar: hello is there anything I can get for you?

(Equanimity)--->Boba Fett/Bounty Hunter: Yes I would like a ruby bleil please.

Bartender: ok that will be 15 credits.

Boba Fett: **Hands him 15 credits**

and so on.

for the situation you would probably go around the bar like you are searching for the drink, then return and use push or a motion like amwave or something and wait for another costumer. there is a mod called x gen mod or something that had a system that contained a a credit bar, you start off with like 2000 and can go buy guns from admins or people with the gunsmith password or buy bacta or shields. you open the console and type something like "Givecredits (amount) (personsname) you would see your credits go down andtheres go up then they would give you something. (a drink, a hotel room, a gun ect.)

Damn, I could see how that could be really fun! I'll have to sniff around for some of these servers.

A clan I know of that does strictly rp'ing is called ::JEDI::. I forget the IP but the server name is ::JEDI TEMPLE:: If that doesn't help I'll try and get the IP
