-=Reborn JEDI=- Forums _ Colloquium Matters _ Colloquium Revisited?! Whoa...

Posted by: Tyrannus Feb 2 2007, 09:28 PM

Since I am going to be home as of late (for real), and I'm just biding my time with a temporary job, I have free time! And with this free time, I am almost 70% sure I am willing to spend it with you guys on the server. But as Equanimity and I have hosted previously (and gotten some good results), I'm willing to put on the old gym shorts and game face to teach you sprats a little thing about saber combat. Also occurring will be guest speakers - those who feel knowledgable enough about a certain topic (force powers, for example) are able to share this knowledge with the rest of the group in an attempt to better the community around you, and just those who seek to become the best or fix a problem. All are welcome, assuming you aren't annoying or disruptive. Even if you just want to watch, and not speak or do anything, it's cool. We don't judge here, only slash and kill. So yeah... let's see where the general populus lies opinion-wise

I hate rodians, but I'd love to go. If there's anything a rusty old man could teach me tongue.gif

I too am feeling a hankering for an whoopin'!

There are more than a few free lessons in store for you, Kyzzo the Young. Oh, and SlimeBall... same old same old.

I'm always up for the dance.

Dance with me tonight. It's been put off for far too long, old friend.

Posted by: JayBaen Apr 10 2007, 07:53 PM

I would *love* to dance.

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday -- give me another option.

how about this weekend? name your day, I'll be around. Friday is best for me as per "early" times. Otherwise... 10-11 is your time, ButterBaen.

Tonight or Sunday night will probably work.

If I had to throw out the option, I'd say let's shoot for Sunday - since we might find a few other RJ available for the fun, too.

I wish to hog you, but seeing as it's 11pm and I'm replying, I agree with the Sunday shooting. Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film For Theaters and my friend's Debut CD album gig does take a healthy chunk of Tyrannutime... but I SHOULD be available around the 11ish time.

Posted by: JayBaen Apr 15 2007, 06:45 PM

11ish is probably going to be a little late for this ol' Wolfe ... however, I'm going to shoot to start wandering about around 9ish and see how long I last. If anyone wants to jump in (including the Once-Mighty-Tyrannus) ...

See you on the inside.

I am planning to host a Colloquium for those interested TOMORROW, Monday (May 06) at about 6 pm. I shall be waiting around in the server, hoping some of you sprats show up so I can say a bunch of words at you, and occasionally slay you. That is all. Hope to see you there!

Posted by: Tyrannus May 9 2007, 06:21 PM

Well, seeing as 2 hours went by and no one showed up (save for DarcWolf), I have come to the conclusion that either no one read the message, or they didn't have enough time to attend. Regardless... simple solution: Grand Re-opening of the Colloquium this Sunday evening! Bring your sabers, and meditate at least an hour before showing up. I can only show up at 9 the earliest, but I WILL be there again, and waiting for you sprats. I plan for the Colloquium to last about an hour or so, but it would be nice to see some familiar (and unfamiliar) faces. So again, Grand Re-Opening of the Colloquium this Sunday, May 13, starting officially at 9 pm. I look forward to killing all of you!

Count me in!

Posted by: JayBaen May 12 2007, 08:56 AM

<--- making the effort.

Posted by: Tyrannus May 12 2007, 12:12 PM

Yeah, future Colloquiums will be earlier, it's just that I have an awkward schedule this Sunday. However, I *REALLY* want to start this up again. And plus, I might just miss you guys a little. I appreciate any and all efforts to make it.

Alright, I'm here! Colloq-thingy, go!

Note: RJ must set up fund to buy resident Rodian new wrist watch as the master himself should not have been expected before 9:00p. wink.gif

The master, however, at 9:15p was not yet in attendance. This is not entirely unusual nor to be unexpected. The master utilizes the Zen approach (savoir faire) to important life (partying) lessons imparted to others: Be not ye easily led, but above all...

Don't egg your Counts before they're hitched.

Right. I'm glad a whole slew of you showed up! Very non-Colloquium like, but a fairly fun evening nonetheless. I was glad to GO EASY on you guys that night, but next time will not pass smoothly.

Is this JA or JO? If it's JO I still can't find my disks so if anyone has an ISO that would be awsome. If it's JA let me know and I'll install again... oh... and when?

Posted by: JayBaen Nov 20 2007, 04:45 PM

I'll find you an ISO ... (you should have it for nostalgia, if nothing else ... )
