Taking a C++ class at school. Learning stuff, thought I'd let you guys see where all my time goes nowadays.
Edit: For anyone who downloaded it and got it to work, newer, spiffier version is up. Attached File(s) Movement.zip ( 126.14k ) Number of downloads: 295 -------------------- There is no such thing as luck, only mistakes and the people that take advantage of them.

That's a negatory Senior Ky ... getting a "You can't create executables with this version of the product" error.

You should be able to just hit OK then use the arrows and it should show up. I know...I need to invest in a REAL version of C++.
Rugg: Why in the world would I want to have one of those? -------------------- There is no such thing as luck, only mistakes and the people that take advantage of them.

Watch it, Achilles...
I know you're kidding, but remember: 1)he makes his maps on one. 2)he uses one to play & owns you (and me for that matter) ...and I work for Apple, I'm Tech Support. I can't let you pick on him & not say something, now can I? ...I got yo back, Rugg. They're great machines, and I could go on & on how they compare (+/-) to PCs, but I wont... but anyhow... Nice work Kyzene. How many Classes / Objects did you need for it? /went to school for Programming before being a TechSupportMonkey |

LMAO
Easy Ach... I know you were kidding... that's why I said "I know you're kidding". What does it do, you ask? visually, not much. when it loads, theres an asterisk (*) on the screen, and bottom left corner lists the X & Y coordinates, starting @ 0,0 I believe... you use the keyboard arrow keys to move the asterisk around the screen, and as it moves, the X Y coordinates are shown. It looks simple, alot might think "meh"... but if you know / understand programming... damn. takes a bunch of work. |

Took me:
iostream.h iomanip.h conio.h windows.h -> (for clear screen, as much as I hate using it) I could have made it much prettier, but I had to hand it in at school, so I really didn't have time. Im going to try and make a maze type thing...hopefully my idea works. If anyone wants the source...though I doubt anyone would, I can post it.
